Whole Home and

Individual Spaces

Some spaces require clients to be on-site to declutter. Other spaces, Organization Pending is able to complete the entire process with the client available via text or for questions at the end of the session.

Training Sessions

Many clients want to work with Tabi for the entirety of their project, learning the steps of decluttering and organizing firsthand. Clients who choose Training Sessions gain the skills and momentum to start working on other pending projects in their homes.

Family Life and

Kid Organization

For the youngest members of the family, schedule a session to implement new systems, and learn tips on inventory management before we bring the kid(s) in to assist with the last of the tidying, relearning where items belong. For kids 10+, they can work directly with Tabi or invite their parent(s) to help out!

Moving Preparation and Set Up

Most people want to downsize their belongings before packing: Organization Pending provides the motivation, structure, and resources.

$50/hour with a 3-hour work session minimum*, available to clients located within 30 miles of Upper Arlington, OH without additional charges. Travel rate from miles 30-50 is $5 per additional 10 miles, rounded up.
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to hold each work session, and will be applied to that scheduled session date.
Optional donation and recycling drop-off to up to two locations is $25.
Free donation pick up of select items is available through our partnership with Columbus Fashion Academy to help spread their message of sustainability, benefiting local kids' self-confidence and creativity.

Eligible items for free donation include:

-Sewing projects: from portable sewing machines and dress forms, to fabric scraps and clothing.

-Jewelry: whole pieces, parts, jewelry-making tools and supplies.

-Accessories: scarves, handbags, hair accessories, perfect or broken jewelry.

*Limited availability 2-hour sessions are available to clients living in zip codes 43212, 43220, or 43221, Monday - Friday, 4-6pm, to accommodate kid organization sessions, moving clients, or clients who are unable to meet 10am-3pm, or during limited weekend hours.

Virtual Services

This budget-friendly service offers virtual support and training throughout the decluttering and organizing process. This is most like an In-Person Training Session.

Body Doubling

This budget-friendly service gives you the tools to complete your decluttering and organizing projects at your own pace, guiding you through the process with two half-hour sessions per space.

Structured Support

Body Doubling services:

$35/hour with a 2-hour work session minimum.
A $35 non-refundable deposit is required to hold each work session, and will be applied to that scheduled session date.

Structured Support services:

$40 per work session, $80 total per space.
A $40 non-refundable deposit is required to hold each work session, and will be applied to that scheduled session date.

-Look for an email to set up your free virtual assessment, meeting you and the space, talking about your goals, and setting up your first half hour virtual work session.

-First session: We’ll discuss potential space planning options, your product budget, have you take needed measurements, and provide you with a personalized decluttering checklist to complete before the second session.

-Second session: A chance for you to ask specific decluttering questions that came up while you were working before being provided a finalized space planning map for personalized organization, product recommendations with DIY and repurposed options, and local recycling and donation resources.

-Free 10-minute follow-up: Email photos of the finished space to schedule your free 10-minute follow-up. Ask questions that came up while organizing, get tips for maintaining your newly reclaimed space, and show off all your hard work!

-Schedule Structured Support services for as many spaces as you need, at your own pace.
